Episode 29 Thursday, October 23, 2008 Okie move on… went to learn solidworks in just one day which was yesterday.. amazing huh..not all of the function of course, just on the part how to do engineering drawing and dimensioning that’s all.. as today i have to hand in the engineering drawing for manufacturing subject's submission. Thanks to Yoonjae for his teaching.. This reminded me on how I learned Rhinoceros 2D drawing. Learned it in one day as well, the day before VI submission in year 2..Haha.. History repeated ar. Anyway I got enough of using rhino to do product for manufacturing. Creating all the internal parts wall thickness, draft angle using rhinoceros is really killing me.. And looking again on how people can just easily do all that in solidworks, it was like just one click away la… Seriously as an industrial designer, Rhinocerous is definetly NOT enough..Gotta some back up of other more engineering software like solidworks, pro-e, auto-cad like that…  The engineering drawing I am talking about by using solidworks..
