Episode 44 Thursday, January 29, 2009 Introducing Spoka!  Spoka in the packaging Spoka's in day mood. Spoka's lighting up~~ Spoka at nightWent to IKEA a few days ago. Ikea here is pretty big (although it is located inside a shopping centre), simple DIY product and yummy Sweden food. But the different thing is that they don’t provide plastic bag. So, we either buy their paper bag or bring extra bag to contain the purchased item. ____________________________________________________________ Another thing that is worth to mention is this bag! 10:13 PM Episode 43 Wednesday, January 28, 2009 Oh crap la.. The school’s internet block the MSN messenger and my new tagboard. Gotta change my tagboard again, because I can’t see any message there. Well, well lets talk about the unbearable weather here. I am so going to attack all the ice cream in my fridge. Also, I start seeing people walking with only bikinis and hot pants on the road. Lol.. Yeap the weather IS that hot. ________________________________________________________ This year Chinese New Year is the most quite one for me. Not like the past few years with all the gathering and collecting angpaos.. Anyway, I still remember the first time I ate yusheng during CNY in Singapore. My family and me actually ate the yusheng one by one, instead of mixing them together, and of course the waiter and other customers there were like looking at us weirdly. Yeap, but after a while we then realize that’s not the way of eating yusheng, and so we start mixing it.. lol.. 7:33 PM Episode 42 Tuesday, January 27, 2009 新年快乐 Happy Chinese New Year To All 11:05 PM Episode 41 Saturday, January 24, 2009 YOSH!! Finally a better internet connection. No more waiting for hours to load a webpage, a day to load a movie and a week to…… The reason behind is because, I have MOVED to the new house. Yes. It is in the middle of the school campus, and I could use the school’s wireless internet (it is free also!!). HAHAHA.. Okie anyway, while I was packing, I realize in my less than 6 months of living here, I have brought so many things!! As in really a LOT. So, I wonder how am I going to bring all the stuff back home when I graduate later.?! ________________________________________________________________ Now, so far what I’ve been doing here.? Currently I am attending summer course- communication practice subject. Two classes a week, and basically the class is about doing the portfolio, self-promo, presentation and critical commenting. The thing is, lucky that I have done my portfolio for the Unit08 and compile all the projects in. Imagine if I have not done the portfolio thing, I bet now I will be so fluster, because I left all my NYP projects at home and didn’t really bring any of it here. All I have got with me here is the softcopy of some projects. All I left to do now is practice my presentation skill, its still not as good and fluent. ________________________________________________________________ Mom is here with me for holiday! Gonna bring her to lots of places to play. But the weather is horrible. Super duper hot during the day, the sun is like bitting my skin. Water has become so important, and hat too!!
